On September 18, 2015, a tragic incident occurred in a residence at 639 North Sir Phillip Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah. Heike Poike, 50, her 2-month-old granddaughter Lyrik Poike, and 28-year-old Dakota Smith were found shot to death in the home.
