Railyana Vasquez, a one-year-old toddler, was tragically killed on November 8, 2016, in Chicago. Her death was the result of a violent incident involving her mother's boyfriend, Uriel Vega. According to the investigation, Vega had been entrusted to take care of Railyana while her mother attended church. Instead of caring for her, Vega assaulted the child, which ultimately led to her death.
