Jason E. Goodfriend, a 31-year-old business manager at Chicago Tech Academy, was found fatally shot on January 7, 2017, inside his vehicle in the University Village neighborhood of Chicago. Police discovered him slumped over the wheel of his still-running car after responding to a call. An autopsy revealed that he had been shot in the head.
