Death by Force

On February 23, 2023, at approximately 10:44 p.m., Houston police officers responded to a welfare check at an apartment located at 7509 Touchstone Street. Upon arrival, they detected a strong odor indicative of decomposition. Inside the residence, they discovered the body of 73-year-old Wesley Hogan in an advanced state of decomposition.
