Ulysses Pole, age 27, was fatally shot on April 28, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. The shooting occurred on the South Side of the city, in an area that has experienced significant incidents of gun violence over the years. Ulysses was found with gunshot wounds in a residential neighborhood, and emergency responders declared him deceased at the scene.
