Adriana Williams, age 27, was tragically killed on May 7, 2017, in Chicago during a mass shooting at a memorial in the Brighton Park neighborhood. The incident occurred at a vigil for a previous victim of gun violence, Daniel Cordova, where a group gathered to pay their respects. During the memorial, a gunman opened fire, leading to the deaths of Adriana and her brother Michael Williams, along with several others wounded.
