Black male Antoine D. Alexander, age 24, was killed late on the morning of May 22, 2017, on the block where he lived in Chicago's Auburn Gresham neighborhood.
He was sitting in a vehicle in the 8400 block of South Hermitage Avenue at 11:27 a.m. when a single gunman approached on foot and opened fire.
He suffered wounds to the buttocks and back, was rushed to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, and was pronounced dead at 12:10 p.m.
