Black male Rahsaan Emil Adams, age 29, was discovered on the night of November 2, 2017, in Chicago's Roseland neighborhood, slumped in the driver's seat of a parked car on the 11200 block of South Perry.
He had been shot multiple times shortly after 10 p.m., the block quieting around flashing lights as officers and detectives marked the pavement and the car's shattered glass fragments with evidence placards.
