Devonjae L. Thomas, aged 27, was fatally shot on November 13, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the evening hours, and Thomas was found in a South Side neighborhood suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead shortly after at a nearby medical facility.
