In the Hill District of Pittsburgh, a neighborhood with a rich history, 68-year-old Lawrence Kelley Jr. was a familiar and beloved figure. Known affectionately as 'Larry,' 'Leroy,' or 'Lovebug,' he was a man of many talents and a friendly face to many. Growing up in Hazelwood, he was known as the 'Best Detailed Car Washer' in the area. Over the years, he had worked at the Homestead Steel Mill, managed a Vocelli's Pizza, and most recently, served the community at the Jubilee Kitchen.
