On July 14, 2010, 26-year-old African American male Tanorris D. Brown was fatally shot in a predawn incident in southwest Atlanta, Georgia. The shooting occurred on Orlando Street around 3:15 a.m., where police discovered Brown’s body lying in the middle of the road. The circumstances surrounding the shooting were initially unclear, and the investigation focused on uncovering potential motives or suspects.
