In the predawn hours of July 14, 2010, the life of 26-year-old Tanorris D. Brown was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in southwest Atlanta, Georgia. An African American male, Brown was a resident of Morrow, Georgia. The incident occurred around 3:15 a.m. on Orlando Street, where police discovered his body lying in the middle of the road.
