On a Sunday evening in Atlanta, Georgia, the life of Demetrius Terrell, a 39-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On September 25, 2011, what began as an attempted armed robbery escalated into a fatal series of events that would also claim the life of his passenger.
