Kelcey Thornton

In the Peoplestown neighborhood of Atlanta, the evening of Sunday, March 9, 2014, was shattered by violence that claimed the life of a beloved community member. Kelcey 'Skeet' Thornton, a 37-year-old male, was found unresponsive on the street shortly before 9 p.m. at the intersection of Ormond and Greenfield streets, just outside of his home. He had a small amount of blood around his mouth, and it was later determined that he had been fatally shot.
