Hamiter Vargas, 46, was found unresponsive on January 10, 2017, at the Intown Suites Hotel on Piedmont Circle NE in Atlanta. He was discovered on the fourth-floor landing of the hotel and was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
