Keosha Tinch, a 16-year-old from Decatur, Georgia, was tragically shot and killed on February 2, 2017, in Atlanta. The shooting took place at the Deerfield Gardens Apartment Homes on Campbellton Road. Tinch was sitting in the back seat of an SUV when gunmen opened fire, fatally striking her in the head. She was a junior at Columbia High School and had aspirations of joining the military.
