In the early morning hours of October 3, 2018, the life of a promising aspiring actor, Keenan Carter, was tragically cut short in the city of South Fulton, Georgia. The 33-year-old African-American male was discovered deceased, having been shot to death outside of his vehicle at the dead end of Connell Road and White Tail Lane. The South Fulton Police Department responded to a call about a car at that location and found Carter's body. The investigation into his death was immediately classified a ...
