Do you know who murdered Joey and Nancy Bochicchio in 2007?
On December 12, 2007, seven-year-old Joey Bochicchio and her mother, Nancy Bochicchio, were found dead in their SUV in the parking lot of the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, Florida. The two were bound with plastic ties and shot at close range. The tragedy occurred shortly after they had finished some Christmas shopping at the mall. This incident came as a shocking and terrifying crime, deeply affecting the Boca Raton community and drawing significant media attention.

The crime was particularly unsettling as it resembled an earlier abduction at the same mall involving another mother and her son just a few months prior. In that incident, the victims were also abducted, forced to withdraw money from an ATM, but were ultimately released unharmed. The similarities between these two crimes led authorities to suspect a possible connection, although no suspect was ever definitively identified. In the case of Nancy and Joey Bochicchio, there was surveillance footage of them leaving the mall, but it provided no clear leads about their attackers. Despite questioning several suspects, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved.

The Boca Raton Police Department and the FBI have made significant efforts to solve the case, looking into numerous leads and encouraging anyone with information to come forward. The authorities have also offered a $400,000 reward for information leading to an arrest, one of the largest rewards in Florida's history. To date, law enforcement continues to keep this case open, hoping that someone will provide the crucial information needed to solve the murders and bring justice to Nancy and Joey Bochicchio's family. The community and law enforcement have not given up hope, with regular anniversaries and public reminders seeking information that could help solve this high-profile double homicide.
