Leroy D. Wilson, a 21-year-old resident of Tampa, Florida, was tragically shot and killed on February 17, 2010. The incident took place during the early morning hours in Tampa, and the investigation was initially led by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Leroy’s death was marked by severe trauma, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found him unresponsive. Despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced deceased shortly after being transported to a nearby hospital.
