In the quiet community of Almo, Kentucky, the evening of Tuesday, November 5, 2024, was shattered by a grim discovery. Just before 8:00 p.m., the Calloway County Dispatch received a call that led Kentucky State Police troopers to the 3800 block of Almo-Shiloh Road. There, beside the roadway, lay the body of a man, later identified as 34-year-old David A. Dicke of Paducah.
