Jacquil Owens, aged 16, was shot on December 1, 2011, in Miami, Florida, and died four days later at Jackson Memorial Hospital. The shooting occurred while he was in his neighborhood, and police have not been able to determine a suspect in the case. Jacquil's family has made public pleas for information, asking the community for any details that might help solve his murder.
