Joshua Whack, a 25-year-old, was shot and killed on February 1, 2013, in Miami, Florida. He and his cousin, Eric Fussell, were found dead inside a parked Buick Lacrosse near Northwest 41st Street and Northwest 13th Avenue. The shooting occurred around 1:15 a.m., and both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses stated that they heard gunshots and later saw both men unresponsive inside the vehicle.
