Cornell Felton

Cornell Felton, age 28, was shot and killed on July 15, 2013, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred on the Eastside of Jacksonville, and police were called to the scene following reports of gunfire. Felton was found at the scene with fatal injuries.
