Deonandre Devon "Draco" Butler, born on December 8, 1999, in Columbus, Georgia, was the son of Yolanda M. Butler. He began his education at CRK Head Start Center in East Albany, Georgia, and continued at Turner Elementary School. His academic journey led him to Dougherty Middle School and subsequently Dougherty High School, where he formed enduring friendships.
