On November 13, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in North Miami, Florida, resulting in the deaths of Hector Rivera and his two sons, Jeremy and Frank Rivera. The incident began with a physical altercation between Hector Rivera and his neighbor, 33-year-old Pierce Nelson Hoempler, at an apartment complex on Northeast 5th Avenue near 123rd Street.
