In the early hours of Saturday, March 16, 2024, the life of Theodore Wallace, a 39-year-old Black male from Hartford, was tragically cut short. The incident that led to his death unfolded shortly after 1 a.m. in the parking lot of the Humacao Restaurant and Lounge located at 775 Silver Lane in East Hartford, Connecticut. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Wallace suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
