David Goldsmith, age 49, was shot and killed on September 14, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident took place in the Hyde Park neighborhood, specifically in the parking lot of the Magnolia Terrace Apartments on Jammes Road. The shooting occurred early in the morning, around 5 a.m., when neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots.
