Andrew Cole, 34, a White male, was killed by gunfire on the evening of October 23, 2015, during what authorities described as a violent dispute inside a home on Tucson’s southwest side. He had traveled from Peoria, Arizona, and was at a residence in the 7400 block of West Bopp Road, in an area between Old Tucson and Ryan Field west of the Tucson Mountains, when an argument between brothers inside the house escalated.
