In what was described as a quiet Tucson, Arizona neighborhood, a grim scene unfolded on September 23, 2016, ending in the deaths of a father and his adult daughter. David Vystrcil, a 71-year-old male, was found deceased inside his home in what authorities would later term an apparent murder-suicide.
