On a tragic afternoon in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, the life of 39-year-old Jamie Reese Gottier, a Caucasian female, was brought to a sudden and violent end. On September 17, 2018, as Jamie and her 14-year-old daughter, Hannah, were arriving at their home on Beachcomber Drive, they were met with gunfire.
