On the morning of March 10, 2020, Frankie Christopher Garcia, a 28-year-old male of Black/African American descent from Phoenix, Arizona, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in the city’s west side. Police and emergency crews were called to the area of 51st Avenue and McDowell Road after reports of gunfire and a vehicle incident.
