In the quiet Alpine Village apartment community of La Vista, Nebraska, a tragedy unfolded on the night of November 6, 2018, ending the life of 73-year-old Charlotte J. Weaver, a Caucasian female. The events of that evening began to take a grim turn around 11:15 p.m., when a distressing 911 call was placed to the Sarpy County emergency dispatch.
