On the morning of October 6, 2024, in Bath, Maine, 32-year-old Jennifer "Jennie" Bailey and her mother, 58-year-old Lisa Bailey, were fatally shot outside their home on Crawford Drive. The perpetrator was identified as Michael Bailey, 66, Jennie's father and Lisa's husband, who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside the residence.
