On January 3, 2001, Corporal Phillip Charles Anderson, a 23-year-old deputy with the Jerome County Sheriff's Department in Idaho, was fatally shot while serving a narcotics search warrant in Eden, Idaho. Corporal Anderson, along with Corporal James Moulson and other officers, approached the residence of George Timothy Williams, a suspected drug dealer.
