In the winter of 2001, a tragic event unfolded in the small community of Eden, Idaho, forever marking the date of January 3rd. On that Wednesday, Phillip Charles Anderson, a 23-year-old White/Caucasian male, was working as a Corporal for the Jerome County Sheriff's Department.
