On January 3, 2001, Corporal James Brian Moulson, a 30-year-old deputy with the Jerome County Sheriff's Department in Idaho, was fatally shot while serving a narcotics search warrant in Eden, Idaho. Corporal Moulson, along with Corporal Phillip Anderson and other officers, approached the residence of George Timothy Williams, a suspected drug dealer.
