On January 3, 2001, a tragic event unfolded in the small community of Eden, Idaho, forever altering the lives of many. James Brian Moulson, a 30-year-old White/Caucasian male and a dedicated Corporal with the Jerome County Sheriff's Department, was killed in the line of duty. With four years of service under his belt, Moulson was a respected officer, a husband, and a father to a nine-month-old son.
