Michael Bisbee III, an 8-year-old boy from Lapwai, Idaho, died on April 19, 2013, from a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred at a home on the 200 block of Lolo Street. Although initially reported as an accidental shooting, the circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear.
