In the early morning hours of February 10, 2013, a call was made to the Pocatello police, reporting an unconscious and unresponsive female in the front yard of a residence in the 500 block of Jefferson. Twenty-eight-year-old Caucasian female Nettie Adair was transported to Portneuf Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased.
An investigation into her death was conducted by the Pocatello Police Department, the Bannock County Coroner's Office, the Idaho State Police, and the Idaho
State Forensic Laboratory. The investigation concluded that Adair died from a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound, and her death was ruled a suicide. There is no information available from online sources regarding any arrests or suspects in connection with her death.
