In the late hours of November 26, 2022, a party on the 17000 block of North Pegram Way in Nampa, Idaho, turned fatal for 20-year-old Hispanic male, Isaac Bernal. Police were initially called to the location for a disturbance, but shortly before their arrival at around 11:30 p.m., Bernal was shot.
