In the winter of 2019, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening quiet in a Central Falls, Rhode Island neighborhood, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Thomas Scuturio, a 27-year-old Caucasian male, was discovered in a critical state on January 4th, suffering from gunshot wounds. The response from emergency services was swift, and he was quickly transported to a nearby hospital.
