Satha Maxwell, a 21-year-old Caucasian female, tragically lost her life on June 30, 2015, in a quiet, rural area near Chaseley, North Dakota. The evening took a grim turn on a county-township road when she was shot and killed. The incident unfolded around 7 p.m. as she was in the process of picking up the young daughter she shared with her ex-boyfriend.
