On September 29, 2007, at approximately 1:42 AM, 30-year-old Marcel Banks was fatally stabbed on 33 K Street, NW, in Washington, D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and has been investigating the case, but it remains unsolved. The authorities continue to seek public assistance to gather information that could lead to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for the homicide.
