Timothy Bruce Russell, a 49-year-old man from Eight Mile, Alabama, was tragically shot and killed on September 11, 2015. Russell’s death occurred in the aftermath of a confrontation with law enforcement officers. According to reports, a police pursuit began after Russell allegedly fled from officers during a traffic stop. The pursuit eventually ended when Russell’s vehicle collided with another vehicle.
