Charity Ne'Cale Fennell, a 27-year-old female from Decatur, Alabama, was fatally shot on July 13, 2018, in a tragic turn of events that began with a social media arrangement to purchase drugs. The incident unfolded in Huntsville, where Fennell had agreed to meet two individuals in front of a vacant house on Williamsburg Drive. Shortly after the meeting, just before 8:00 p.m., gunfire erupted, leaving Fennell with life-threatening injuries. She succumbed to her injuries the following day.
