On June 26, 2014, in the Hillside area of Anchorage, Alaska, Breanna Richelle Moore, a 20-year-old white female was found shot to death. Anchorage police quickly focused on her boyfriend, 22-year-old Joshua Daniel Almeda, who was arrested that day on suspicion of second-degree murder; authorities also booked him on weapons misconduct and theft charges connected to the scene.
