White / Caucasian male Joshua Kelsey, 29, left home in Wasilla, Alaska, on March 26, 2019, into a quiet evening that would be broken by gunfire and flashing red-and-blue. Just after 5 p.m., Alaska State Troopers fielded reports of shots in a residential subdivision. When they arrived, they found the 29-year-old Joshua Kelsey lifeless outside a home.
