On July 18, 2024, six-year-old Haley Daniels was tragically killed in a mass shooting at a residence on Greentree Drive in West Blocton, Alabama. The incident occurred shortly after a family gathering celebrating her cousin Colton's ninth birthday. Haley, along with her brother Colton, their cousins Kaleb and Kynli Kendrick, and their aunt Kelse Kendrick, were fatally shot.
