On November 20, 2022, 46-year-old Rebekah Poe of Pell City, Alabama, tragically lost her life in a hit-and-run incident. That evening, Poe confronted two individuals who were breaking into vehicles near her home on Skyline Trail. During this confrontation, she was deliberately struck and killed by the suspects driving a dark-colored Dodge Charger.
