One of the two individuals charged in the tragic hit-and-run involving a Pell City mother has entered a guilty plea this week.

According to court documents, Shawna Masten pleaded guilty to felony murder in connection with the 2022 death of Rebekah Poe.

Poe was fatally shot while confronting two individuals who were breaking into cars on Skyline Trail.
