Who murdered Elie Phil Boisvert in 1965?
On June 9, 1965, Elie Boisvert was found fatally wounded outside his home in Jefferson County, Colorado. Neighbors on Cody Street heard a commotion around 2 p.m. and discovered Boisvert suffering from a severe cut. Witnesses reported seeing him yelling at a man to leave the scene. The suspect was described as a Black male, approximately 35 to 40 years old, six feet tall, dressed in a dark suit, dark shoes, and a dress hat.
