Who murdered Jose San Juan Garcia in 1990?
On October 28, 1990, the body of 30-year-old Jose San Juan Garcia was found near Interstate 70, at mile marker 249 in Jefferson County, Colorado. Garcia, a Mexican national who was living and working in Vail, had been shot multiple times. His body was discovered on the south side of the highway, and authorities believe that he had been killed elsewhere before being left at the scene.
