In the early evening of a December day, the lives of two teenage boys were tragically cut short on a Birmingham street. Kendall Jamal Shack, a male of 18 years, was fatally shot on December 8, 2019. The incident unfolded in the 200 block of Tucker Avenue, where violence shattered the quiet of the neighborhood.
